Who is this for?
Landlords, homeowners, and buyers planning ahead for a domestic EICR. Once certified, we will cover houses and flats across Greater London. Commercial and industrial EICRs are not on our roadmap.

- Your last EICR was more than 5 years ago or you have never had one
- You are letting a property and need to comply with landlord regulations
- You are buying, selling, or remortgaging and the lender requires a certificate
- You have noticed flickering lights, warm sockets, or other signs of electrical wear
- Your insurance provider has requested an up-to-date electrical certificate
What is included
- Full visual inspection and testing of the electrical installation
- Testing of all circuits, sockets, switches, and protective devices
- Detailed report with observations coded C1, C2, C3, or FI
- Clear explanation of any faults found and what needs fixing
- Official EICR certificate issued on completion
How it works
- 1Book a convenient time. We will let you know roughly how long the inspection will take based on the size of your property.
- 2Our electrician inspects and tests the full installation, circuit by circuit.
- 3You receive a detailed EICR report, either satisfactory or unsatisfactory with coded observations.
- 4If remedial work is needed, we can quote and carry it out, then retest and issue an updated certificate.
Certification on Completion
All EICRs are carried out by NICEIC-registered electricians and comply with BS 7671. Reports are valid for 5 years (domestic) or as specified for commercial premises.
