Who is this for?

Homeowners who need more sockets or USB points, anyone with a tripping or dead socket that needs diagnosing, and contractors fitting boilers, heated towel rails, or appliances that need a dedicated fused spur.

Signs you need this

  • You are using extension leads and adaptors because there are not enough sockets
  • A socket has stopped working, feels warm, or keeps tripping the breaker
  • Your kitchen lacks a dedicated cooker switch or has outdated fittings
  • A boiler, towel rail, or appliance needs a fused spur installed
  • You want USB sockets installed for convenient device charging

What is included

  • Supply and installation of sockets, switches, or fused spurs as agreed
  • Diagnosis and repair of tripping, dead, or sparking sockets
  • Chasing and channelling where cables need to be concealed
  • Connection to existing circuits or installation of new circuits where needed
  • Testing and Minor Works certificate on completion

How it works

  1. 1Tell us what you need and where. Photos help if you are booking online.
  2. 2We provide a clear quote, usually without needing a survey for straightforward jobs.
  3. 3Our electrician installs everything neatly, tests the work, and tidies up.
  4. 4For larger additions or new circuits, we issue the appropriate certificate.

Certification on Completion

Minor works such as adding a socket to an existing circuit are covered by a Minor Works Certificate. New circuits require an Electrical Installation Certificate and Building Control notification.

What Our Customers Say

Power went out at 11pm on a Sunday. Called Capital Electrician and someone was at my door within 45 minutes. Turned out to be a faulty connection in the consumer unit. Fixed on the spot. Could not ask for more.

Emergency Electrician

Needed an EICR for my rental flat before the new tenants moved in. Booked for the following week, electrician arrived on time, and I had the certificate emailed to me the same day. Simple and professional.

EICR & Electrical Certificates

Had our 1930s house fully rewired. It was a big job and they were upfront about the disruption, but the team worked tidily and finished a day ahead of schedule. The new consumer unit is a big improvement on the old fuse box.
