Emergency Exit Sign Installation
An illuminated emergency exit sign fitted above the main entrance of a busy café. Before, nothing over the door marked the way out. The new running man and arrow sign is fixed to the ceiling just above the air curtain, so it is the first thing you see as you head for the door, and as an emergency light it stays lit if the mains power fails.
Strip Light to Ceiling Fan with Light
A long strip light came down from this London kitchen ceiling and a five-blade ceiling fan with a built-in LED light went up in its place. One fitting now lights the room and keeps the air moving on warm days, and the wood-effect blades suit the kitchen.
Black to Brushed Metal Sockets & Switches
The last black plates in this London home were swapped for brushed metal to match the rest of the sockets, switches and the brass skirting trim. Every plate was levelled on the wall and each socket tested before sign-off, and the fan isolator was changed to a matching brushed finish too.
Stairwell Lighting & Air Con Supply
Work in a commercial building's communal stairwell: new LED ceiling lights on the landings with the cabling run in neat surface trunking, plus a new FuseBox consumer unit with a dedicated air conditioning circuit and a rotary isolator.
Spotlight Cluster to LED Ceiling Light
A dated three-spot chrome fitting came down and a slim flush LED ceiling light went up in its place, giving brighter, more even light and a cleaner ceiling.
Air Conditioning Supply & Isolator
A dedicated supply for a new air conditioning system at a London house. A 32A RCBO was added to the consumer unit and labelled, the cable was clipped neatly along the ceiling line inside and around the brick wall outside, and a rotary isolator was fitted on the outside wall so the unit can be switched off safely for servicing.
Extra USB Sockets & Conduit Run
Extra sockets for a bedroom in a London home. An old single socket came out and double sockets with built-in USB charging went in, with the new cables run in white conduit clipped neatly along the top of the skirting. Every socket was checked with a socket tester before sign-off.
Consumer Unit Upgrade
Replaced an ageing fuse box with a fully RCBO-protected BG consumer unit including surge protection (SPD), brought up to current BS 7671 standards and certified on completion.
Running New Cable
Circuit cables run in and neatly terminated into a new consumer unit, ready for testing and certification.
Kitchen Lighting
Designed and installed energy-efficient LED downlights across a modern kitchen ceiling, with the wiring tested and certified.
EV Charger Install
Fitted a dedicated EV charge point on the exterior wall of a London home, on its own protected circuit and ready for daily charging.
EICR Inspection
Carried out an Electrical Installation Condition Report on a distribution board, documenting the findings and recommended remedial work for the landlord.
House Rewire
Full rewire of a period property, routing new cabling through ceiling voids and replacing every accessory, with minimal disruption to the home.
Commercial Lighting
Installed LED panel lighting throughout a commercial office, improving light levels while cutting running costs for the business.
Living Room Lighting & Media Wall
Downlights, a feature media wall, and sockets wired into a refurbished living room, finished neatly around a built-in electric fire.
Designer Dimmer Switch
Brushed steel two-gang dimmer fitted as part of a lighting upgrade, for a clean finish that matches the room.
Three-Phase Distribution Board
Three-phase distribution board installed and wired, with neatly terminated and labelled circuits, RCD protection, and an SWA supply.
Isolators & Cable Management
Rotary isolators installed with tidy, clipped cable runs feeding external plant, safe to isolate and easy to maintain.

Downlighting, LED cove lighting, and display lighting installed throughout a retail unit to show the products at their best.
Commercial Kitchen Power & Lighting
