A Small London Team That Does Things Properly
Capital Electrician has been taking on electrical work across London since 2010. Today we are a team of three: Ali Elm runs the business and looks after landlords and letting agents, Mo Elm leads the technical side, and Yousif Al-Imari covers domestic and small commercial work across every borough.
The way we work is simple. Turn up when we say we will. Do the job properly. Leave the place tidy. Issue the right certificates. Charge what we quoted.
In April 2026 the business became a limited company, CAPELEC GROUP LTD. The people and the way we work stayed exactly the same.
The Capital Electrician team
Meet the electricians
We are a small London team, not a call centre. Ali runs the business and looks after landlords and letting agents, Mo leads the technical work, and Yousif covers installations and emergency callouts. When you get in touch, you deal with one of us directly.
Managing DirectorAli Elm
Leads the business end to end. Makes sure every job is quoted fairly, delivered on time, and signed off to standard. Point of contact for landlords and letting agents.
Lead EngineerMo Elm
Heads the technical side of the team. Handles rewires, consumer unit upgrades, and the trickier fault-finding jobs across Greater London.
Senior EngineerYousif Al-Imari
Senior engineer covering domestic and small commercial work. Installations, appliance hardwiring, and emergency callouts across every borough.
What You Can Expect
We are not going to tell you we are "passionate about excellence" or "dedicated to delivering outstanding results." Here is what we actually promise.
- Honest, upfront pricing. No surprises on the invoice.
- We turn up when we say we will. If we are running late, we call.
- Your property is left clean. Dust sheets down, mess cleared up.
- Certificates issued the same day, not weeks later.
- If something is not right, we come back and fix it. No arguments.
- We answer the phone. No call centres, no voicemail loops.
Accreditations and certifications
