Who we are

Enquiry details: name, email, phone, postcode, service requested, urgency, message. Provided by you when you submit a form.
Call records: phone number and a short note of the conversation if you call us.
Technical data: IP address, browser, device type, pages visited. Collected by our analytics tools only if you consent to analytics cookies.
Advertising data: click identifiers from Google Ads or Meta ads, only if you consent to marketing cookies.

Why we use it

To respond to your enquiry and deliver the service you asked for (contractual basis).
To keep internal records of jobs quoted and completed (legitimate interest).
To measure which marketing channels deliver real enquiries (legitimate interest, consent for cookies).
To comply with our legal and accounting obligations.

Who we share it with

We only share your data with providers that help us run the business. These include:

Turso (database hosting, EU region).
Render (web hosting).
Resend (transactional email delivery).
Google (Analytics 4, Google Ads conversion measurement) — only with your consent.
Meta (Facebook Pixel) — only with your consent.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not send marketing emails unless you have asked for them.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records: up to 3 years from last contact, then deleted or anonymised.
Completed job records: up to 7 years for tax and insurance compliance.
Analytics and ad measurement: up to 26 months (Google default).
